War of Worlds 3D

on Saturday, 22 December 2012 13:19. Posted in 3D Blockbusters

Malaysia's first 3D animated film "War of the Worlds: Goliath" recently won the Best Stereoscopic 3D Animated Feature award at the Los Angeles 3D Film Festival. The movie took a team of talents from America, South Korea and Malaysia four years and 30 M$ to put together.

The film is the first 3D animated movie ever produced in Malaysia, said LeonTan, producer. "We are targeting those who like science fiction, theme parks, animation and games… all the incarnations of HG Well's War of the Worlds in the last 100 years. We just want to add to their heritage," he said.
