Icebook, the Smallest Live Performance 3D Ever Presented
Florida Atlantic University is hosting “The Icebook,” a 3D cinema production created from paper and enhanced by light projections, for 10 shows daily on December 7-9, 2012 in Boca Raton, FL, USA.
Paper and Light: The Icebook is a pop-up book that comes to life, as if by magic, in front of your eyes. It could possibly be the smallest live performance in the world, a 3D cinema made from paper and light : true 3D without stereoscopic projection and without 3D glasses...
Each page unfolds into an animated miniature world, telling the story of a princess who lures a boy into the forest to warm her heart of ice. Watch the video preview here under.
