No 3D for Premier League on Sky 3D in 2014 :-(
The Telegraph confirmed that British TV station Sky 3D will not feature Premier League Matches in 3D this season.
3D TV and football will no more share our living room this season.

Sky, which was one of the pioneers of the format, has not confirmed any fixtures before December on its 3D channel, saying it is being "more selective" in its coverage.
A spokesman for Sky said: "Sky 3D viewers tell us they love the channel. We’re being more selective with what we chose to broadcast on Sky 3D, with a focus on movies and entertainment such as the Oscar-winning Gravity 3D and David Attenborough’s latest 3D documentary series coming up at Christmas."
It seems that Sky is now exploring Ultra HD TV : Analysts and figures in the television industry have been noticing the demise of the 3D format for many months, despite an initial enthusiasm for the new technology. Broadcasters including Sky are now instead testing new 4K technology, an “ultra HD” format with nearly 4,000 horizontal pixels touted as the “next big thing”.
