Angry Birds 3D Released on September 28, 2012
Rovio and Activision have been able to transform cohorts of young (and less young) people in Angry Birds afficionados / green pig killers. Now the owners of the Nintendo 3DS console will be able to play Angry Birds in 3D (but PS3, XBox, and PC owners will not be forgotten).
Angry Birds in 3D will be included in the Angry Birds: Trilogy that will be available across Europe on the 28th of September 2012.
Love them or hate them, the Angry Birds (and their attacks on the green pigs) are here to stay!
The A.B. Trilogy
Angry Birds: Trilogy includes Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons and Angry Birds Rio, and will be available on Kinect for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 with Move capability, and Nintendo 3DS.
The console version features HD graphics with a new control system that has been built from the ground up, it will support 1080p, run at 60 fps and include 5.1 audio. The Nintendo 3DS version is said to be the first new handheld experience for the series and will support Stereoscopic 3D and Streetpass.
Trilogy will include new cinematics, animated backgrounds, vibrant worlds as well as background biographies and concept art of the birds. It will also feature leaderboards and 50 achievements, including one for finishing the entire game, which is more than 700 levels, on 3 stars!
