Stereoscopic Pac-Man is coming!
Disney XD just received the U.S. television rights for the animated action comedy series most probably called "Pac-Man – The Adventure Begins", a 26 episodes series of 22 minutes each in time for a fall 2013 airing.

The rights were granted by Namco Bandai Games Inc., Arad Productions and 41 Entertainment LLC (“41e”). Based on the iconic Pac-Man brand owned by Namco Bandai, the series is created in stereoscopic 3D. The executive producer is Avi Arad, former CEO of Marvel Studios and Chief Creative Officer of Marvel Entertainment; Avid Arad is known for Spider-Man, Iron Man, Hulk, Fantastic Four and X-Men for 20th Century Fox. He is helped at the production by Rick Ungar (Biker Mice from Mars, X-Men Evolution and Legend of the Dragon). Arad Productions specializes in adapting and converting genre characters and brands into film, television, animation, video games and toys.Up to 2013, the only way to watch 3D Pac-Man will be on the 3DS with the "Pac-Man Party 3D" game (18.49$ on Amazon USA).
Disney XD will distribute Pac-Man – The Adventure Begins starting in the third quarter of 2013.
