Stereopsia, the World Immersion Forum
Praised worldwide for its quality & conviviality, Stereopsia is about the magic, enchantment, & power of IMMERSION. For the 9th consecutive year, the event brings to its international participants pertinent, hot, and emerging information about the science, technology, art, contents, applications, and business of IMMERSION, including for 3D, VR, AR, and XR. Stereopsia takes place on December 11-13, 2017 in Brussels.
Initially called 3D Stereo MEDIA, this international event is organized in close collaboration with the Hollywood-based Advanced Imaging Society & VR Society and their EMEA Chapter, and it gives out the prestigious Lumiere Awards, identical to those awarded in the USA to exceptional 3D cinematographers. Conceived at a major university, & with the backing of its current President, Stereopsia takes place in Brussels, the Capital of Europe, which has VR as one of its current high-tech, economic priorities.
Right now, you can participate by submitting papers, projects, and contents, and by being a sponsor and/or an exhibitor. During the event, you can attend training sessions, conferences, project pitches, and the glitzy Awards dinner, and use to the utmost the many unique networking opportunities.
Discovering the World Immersion Forum (i.e. Stereopsia) of Brussels is a cinch: please, go to the Stereopsia home and click on one of the eight doorbell buttons.
Exhibition is Back
Renewing with years past tradition, Stereopsia will have an IMMERSION exhibit (3D, VR,…), located at the heart of the event, and where most participants will gather for their coffee & lunch breaks. Several companies - international & local - have already booked spaces, such as Cow Prod, Emakina, INVR, Nozon, Softkinetics, Vigo Universal, & Vision3. Given that the world IMMERSION community (3D, VR,…) converges to Stereopsia, & that Brussels features virtual reality as part of its NextTech plan, any IMMMERSION company owe it to itself to consider being an exhititor at Stereopsia in Brussels.
