LG Launches new Smart 3D TV Sets with Girl's Generation
LG is launching its Cinema 3D Smart with a glamor and glitch event featuring the Girls Generation who also happen to be the official LG models. Held at the R&D Center in Seocho-dong, Seoul, the event marked the launch of the company’s new 2013 3D stereoscopic TV line up.
“We were really able to see Girls’ Generation’s sales power. For this year, we have a TV that has can have different color borders such as red, white, silver and gold. We’ve decided to name the colors ‘Girls’ Generation Red’, ‘Girls’ Generation Silver’ and so on,” and official remarked.

Girls' Generation (Korean: 소녀시대 So Nyeo Shi Dae) is a South Korean nine-girls group formed in 2007. Read more in Wikipedia. On March 5, representatives of Gangnam-gu in Seoul released a statement stating that the Girls' Generation would be the honorary ambassadors for the city of starting on March 7, 2012.
Girls Generation has been lending their brand support for the LG Cinema 3D Smart TVs since January 2012.
“I sometimes watch movies with the 3D TV. Now I can’t go back to watching from a regular TV,” said member Taeyeon.
